I have to share this. 3 weeks on the honey and coffee and the fog is GONE. sat with my grandkids saturday and remembered every single one of their teachers names for the first time in i dont know how long. Thank you Maria, God bless you 🙏

My wife made me watch this, im the forgetful one in the house and i tune all this stuff out usually. but the part about why Aricept only chases the symptom and never the real cause stopped me cold. 12 years and nobody explained it like that

I was right where you are Diane. stayed skeptical the whole way through. what got me was when she explained why the dark roast stuff on the store shelf never does anything. then it clicked

Been losing words for twelve years. tired of the notes on my hand, tired of pretending i heard you the first time. started the combination about a month ago and the brain fog lifting was the first thing i felt. didnt believe it til it happened to me honestly

Gloria you are NOT a burden honey. Im 66 and i felt that exact same way. i started it before my granddaughters birthday so i could actually remember everyones name at the party. happy tears writing this

my mother stopped knowing my name before the end. that fear never leaves you, i test myself every night before bed. almost a month on it now and for the first time in years im not scared every single morning

I almost closed the video when i saw how long it was. SO glad i didnt. the story about her father reminded me too much of my own mom

the craziest part for me.. realizing the honey and the coffee were never the scam. it was the roasted out versions sitting on the shelf that do nothing. that flipped everything for me

Im a private person, never comment on these things. but i felt i owed it. i stopped hiding the lapses from my wife, we actually talk about it now instead of me pretending im fine. thank you
